Cocks and Hens is Grantchester’s local tennis club.

Set in a beautiful countryside location with a history dating back to before Wimbledon and new facilities that opened in February 2017, it is a local club to be proud of.  It has 8 all-weather courts: 4 hard, 4 astroturf, with floodlights and a newly built clubhouse with great facilities and showers.

In September 2018 we hired an excellent new head coach Justin Layne.  With a wealth of experience at all levels, from those just starting out to working with some of the best players in the country.

There are sessions for a wide range of abilities and for most group sessions you do not need to be a member for your first term.
